Seeds of South Sudan is a nonprofit organization that supports refugee orphans with education in a safe environment with the goal that they will become future leaders in South Sudan.
Please join the Seeds of South Sudan Board of Directors in welcoming our founder, Arok Garang, back from his recent voyage home to South Sudan. This will be a great opportunity to hear directly from Arok about his trip and the progress made with the Home Base Compound. He will also update us on all of the ways the amazing SOSS students have been learning and growing.
All current donors will have a chance to pick up one of our new SOSS reusable shopping bags, so they can show their support and spread the word everywhere they go!
We will be gathering in the McCollum room at Montview Presbyterian Church.
Join the Board of Seeds of South Sudan in unwinding after a long day’s work with an evening of delicious wine and cheese, along with entertainment by Denver accordianist Gregory Curtice. Enjoy your first glass of wine with your $25 donation, and check out the winery’s additional menu of delectable nibbles available for purchase. (http://wewdenver.com/
We look forward to seeing you there!
Please join the Board of Seeds of South Sudan in welcoming SOSS founder Arok Garang for a luncheon in Fellowship Hall at Montview Church.
Arok will be sharing the story of his life as a “Lost Boy of Sudan”, along with information about Seeds of South Sudan and its mission.
Catering will be provided by Relish Catering & Events. The luncheon buffet will include beef brisket, mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and home made cookies & brownies.
The benefit concert will include a silent auction in support of our second College Scholarship Recipient.
